Products Return
We are committed to supplying only high-quality products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for items found to be faulty. If your CPAP equipment is damaged or develops a fault, please contact WRS Connect by phone or email with a description of the issue. All claims will be subject to assessment by WRS Connect or the product manufacturer, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Once the returned item is received, WRS Connect will inspect the product and determine the appropriate outcome—either a replacement or a refund.
Please note that refunds do not apply to CPAP masks or accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
